Alumni Advisor

Reporting to the Regional Pathways Manager, the Alumni Advisor is responsible for tracking and monitoring AIEF Alumni and tertiary scholarship students through the day-to-day delivery of the AIEF Pathways Program after they have completed Year 12, including to support alumni with career development activities and make referrals to specialist tertiary and employment advisors where required.

The role focuses on alumni who are largely settled in their current tertiary or employment pathway however, may require low level support from time to time.

Employment Advisor

Reporting to the Regional Pathways Manager, the Employment Advisor is responsible for the provision of intensive, tailored support to AIEF Alumni seeking employment.

This includes alumni in transition management, those seeking new employment opportunities and alumni who are completing tertiary study and seeking part-time work while studying to ensure successful ongoing engagement in a productive career. The role focuses on alumni who are currently unemployed or requiring extensive support in their transition to full-time work after study.

Tertiary Advisor

Reporting to the Regional Pathways Manager, the Tertiary Advisor is responsible for the provision of intensive, tailored support to AIEF Alumni and tertiary scholarship students engaged in tertiary education.

The role focuses on alumni who require specialised assistance to alter tertiary courses, ensure successful academic progression, secure internships, graduate positions or are seeking other forms of skills development.
