Work with AIEF Scholarship Students to prepare and support them to make a successful transition from school to careers or higher education. Pathways Manager

12-month parental leave role

As the Pathways Manager, you will lead the Pathways Team and oversee the delivery and implementation of the AIEF Pathways Program. Your focus will be on supporting and equipping advisors to effectively deliver the AIEF Pathways Program through Career Sessions and Mentoring, including working professionally and strategically with Scholarship Students, Alumni, Educational Partners, Mentors and other AIEF Stakeholders.

Mentoring Officer

At AIEF, the Mentoring Officer is integral to creating meaningful, long-term relationships between students and volunteer mentors. This role is responsible for the administration, reporting and management of the program including safeguarding of young people and children. You will work closely and professionally with educational partners, corporate partners, mentors and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for a volunteer mentoring program that commences for students in Year 10 and supports pairs to continue their relationships to Year 12 and beyond.

Coordinator – Advancement (Major Gifts)

As the Coordinator – Advancement (Major Gifts), you will be an experienced major gift fundraiser with a good understanding of best practice major-gift fundraising practices and a track record of raising six figure gifts. You will work closely with the Head of Advancement to support the implementation of the Advancement strategy to achieve agreed upon targets and KPIs.
