St Augustine’s College extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Australian Indigenous Education Foundation (AIEF) for their unwavering support and dedication in providing transformative opportunities for our First Nations students. This year, as in previous years, the AIEF team’s commitment to advancing Indigenous education and empowering young Australians has made a profound impact on our school community.
In 2024, we celebrate the accomplishments of two of our graduating students who have completed their studies through the AIEF Scholarship Program. We are immensely proud of their achievements and wish them every success as they embark on their future endeavours.
In addition, we were delighted to award three new scholarships, which will enable each of the recipient students to benefit from a quality education and access opportunities that support their personal growth and academic success.
A special highlight this year was the 15th anniversary of the AIEF, marked by a memorable celebration in Canberra. Two of our students were privileged to participate in this event, gaining invaluable insights and experiences that further strengthened their connection to the AIEF community.
Once again, we extend our sincere thanks to the AIEF team for their exceptional work and look forward to continued collaboration in creating brighter futures for First Nations students at St Augustine’s College.
