On Thursday 23 July students and their mentors enjoyed a tour of the Qantas heavy maintenance base in Brisbane. The group explored Hangar 3 and two planes undergoing refurbishment and maintenance, checking out the cockpit, interior, engines and landing gear. It was an amazing effort from the team at Qantas, who gave students an incredible insight into aviation engineering at Qantas.
