In June 2010, AIEF jointly arranged a program which saw 100 Indigenous secondary school students from around Australia travel to Canberra to spend a week seeing how Government works, including being assigned to a Parliamentary office of MPs and Senators for work experience in Parliament House. Sponsored by former senator Mark Arbib, under the Learn Earn Legend! Work Experience with Government initiative, the program was a huge success.
