In October 2011, AIEF signed a five-year partnership with HSBC Bank Australia, a global banking and financial services provider.
The partnership was announced at a morning tea event at the HSBC headquarters in Sydney and broadcast to the banks interstate offices. Dozens of HSBC staff members, many of them in senior positions, took valuable time out of their day to learn more about AIEF and the partnership with HSBC.
Speaking at the launch were Andrew Penfold, CEO of AIEF and HSBC Chief Executive, Paulo Maia, who also recently became an AIEF Ambassador.
